A leading company in El-Fujairah, UAE is seeking an experienced Digital Community Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English language skills and a background in digital community management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing online communities by monitoring and engaging with users, responding to customer queries, and promoting the company's products or services. The Digital Community Manager will also monitor the performance of campaigns and analyze customer feedback to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Community Manager or similar role
• Excellent English language skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques
• Knowledge of online communities (forums, blogs, etc.)
• Ability to build relationships with customers and answer inquiries effectively
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions quicklyExcellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
