Digital Community Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Community Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As the Digital Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online community presence to engage with our target audience. This is a contract position that does not require English proficiency or provide accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Monitor online conversations and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and key partners to expand reach and engagement
- Analyze social media data and provide insights for future campaigns and strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital community management

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport required for contract work in UAE
