Job Title: Digital Content Creator (Channel Host)

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, confident, and self-driven Digital Content Creator to manage and grow our YouTube channel. This role requires end-to-end ownership of content—from ideation and scripting to on-camera presentation and publishing—ensuring high-quality, engaging, and consistent digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, research, and develop content ideas aligned with brand objectives
• Create scripts and storyboards for YouTube videos
• Serve as the on-camera host/presenter for video content
• Manage video production, including filming coordination and basic editing
• Optimize videos with titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and publishing schedule
• Monitor channel performance and suggest improvements based on analytics
• Engage with audience through comments and community features
• Stay updated with digital trends and YouTube best practices

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to create engaging digital or video content
• Strong verbal communication and on-camera presence
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the channel
• Basic understanding of YouTube algorithms and audience growth

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)
• Graphic basics for thumbnails (Canva/Photoshop)
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and analytics
