Digital Content Creator

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Content Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of digital marketing. As a Digital Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, and websites. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's online presence and driving audience engagement, ultimately contributing to the firm’s reputation and success. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to be involved in other exciting and dynamic projects the team is working on beyond the firm’s legal promotion, broadening your experience and exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Create and curate high-quality content across formats (written, video, social media) aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Monitor news and trends, and conduct research on audiences and competitors to produce timely, relevant, and well-informed content.
• Manage and publish content across platforms (website, blog, social media), using tools to schedule, promote, and engage with audiences.
• Analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and optimize content strategy based on insights.
• Collaborate on content ideas, campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives (PR, partnerships, product launches).
• Assist in the planning and execution of events and campaigns to support brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Strong writing and text editing skills, with attention to detail to ensure high-quality, error-free content.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create visually engaging content.
• Basic design skills or experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Some experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role (portfolio of published work is a plus).
• Familiarity with social media management and marketing strategies to help enhance brand visibility.
• Basic knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) for publishing and managing online content.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese is required. Additional proficiency in Korean (reading and writing) is highly preferred.
