We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Digital Content Creator & Creative Strategist to elevate our brand’s online presence. In this role, you will craft compelling content across multiple digital platforms, develop innovative marketing strategies, and ensure our messaging aligns with our brand identity. Your creative vision will help us connect authentically with our audience and drive engagement through strategic content marketing initiatives.

Content Creation & Production

  • Plan, film, and edit content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, paid advertising, and other digital channels.
  • Create lifestyle content, product-focused videos, customer stories, testimonials, founder content, UGC-style videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and branded campaigns.
  • Capture high-quality video, audio, and photography content for marketing initiatives and product launches.
  • Maintain a consistent visual style and brand voice across all content.

Content Strategy & Creative Development

  • Brainstorm and develop content concepts, hooks, scripts, and creative briefs.
  • Research industry trends, viral content formats, audience interests, and competitor strategies.
  • Turn customer stories, parenting insights, product launches, and founder expertise into engaging content.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to identify content opportunities that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

YouTube Growth & Optimization

  • Assist in producing long-form YouTube content including nursery tours, parenting tips, educational content, behind-the-scenes videos, interviews, and brand storytelling.
  • Manage the YouTube publishing workflow including titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, and SEO optimization.
  • Monitor key YouTube metrics including CTR, retention, watch time, subscriber growth, and audience engagement.
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and paid advertising.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Shopify
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for visual content development
  • Knowledge of branding principles and experience in executing cohesive branding across multiple channels
  • Ability to research industry trends and incorporate insights into creative strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to collaboration
