Digital Content Creator-Videographer

We are looking for an experienced and creative Videographer and editor to join our team! As the Videographer and Editor for our local real estate company, you will capture, edit, and produce high-quality video and podcast content that showcases both our brand and property listings. Your work will be distributed across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, our website, and email marketing campaigns. This is a full time position. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Travel across Long Island will be required, must have own reliable transportation.

Must have own equipment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Capture high quality video in both long and short form
• Help produce and edit podcast episodes
• Drone Videography
• Listing (home tour) videos
• Work both on and off-site at any of our 23 office locations, listings, or events
• Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing
• Create and edit promotional videos for marketing purposes
• Regularly collaborate with marketing team on creative development of new projects
• Follow the company's brand guidelines
• Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy
• Create, concept and manage the on-going production and finishing of video content

Requirements:

• Ability to film/shoot/produce
• Proven work experience as a video editor
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, DaVinci, After Effects and Final Cut)
• Clear and demonstrable understanding of video formatting, editing, and enhancing techniques with a strong portfolio
• Time management and strong attention to detail
• Must be able to make deadlines and stay on tasks and work on multiple projects
• Experience shooting a variety of styles
• Understanding of lighting, motion, and sound equipment including lightboxes, studio lighting, flashes, gimbals, microphones, and related hardware
• Experience using lighting and audio
• Must have own professional equipment including drone and podcasting equipment
• 3+ years in all aspects of videography and/or photography
• 3+ years experience with adobe creative suite, mobile creator apps, and in-app editing
• 3+ years of social/digital content creation experience
• Creativity is a must

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
