Job Title: Digital Content Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Academic Content & Notes Designer with prior experience working in an education institute. The role involves converting provided academic content into high-quality, visually engaging, and easy-to-understand notes using Microsoft Office tools.

The content will be provided by us; the candidate’s responsibility is to apply creativity, structure, formatting, and presentation skills to make the notes learner-friendly and professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create well-structured, visually appealing academic notes from provided content
• Design notes using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with proper formatting
• Apply headings, sub-headings, tables, diagrams, icons, charts, and infographics
• Ensure notes are easy to understand, exam-oriented, and student-friendly
• Maintain consistency in fonts, layouts, colors, and styles
• Improve readability through creative layouts and smart content presentation
• Revise and update notes based on academic or faculty feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Proven experience in educational institutes (college, coaching, school, training institute, university)
• Excellent content formatting and document design skills
• Ability to convert plain text into creative academic material
• Basic understanding of teaching methodology and student learning patterns
• Good attention to detail and layout aesthetics

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in note preparation, study material creation, academic documentation, or curriculum support
• Familiar with charts, smart art, tables, flow diagrams, and visual learning aids
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of design and structure
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
