Position: Digital Content Executive

Overview
The Digital Content Executive plays a key role in shaping how Sonraj’s brands appear and engage online. This role goes beyond just uploading content — it’s about bringing each brand’s voice to life through consistent, accurate, and well-timed posts across all digital platforms. The position involves managing day-to-day publishing, tracking engagement, supporting creative production, and working closely with the marketing and design teams to keep every post on-brand and relevant. A strong understanding of audience behavior, platform trends, and analytics is essential to help refine what’s shared, when it’s shared, and how it performs. The goal is to ensure every piece of content strengthens Sonraj’s digital presence and connects meaningfully with its audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management & Publishing:
● Upload and schedule approved posts, including photos, videos, reels, stories, and captions across all digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Quora, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
● Make sure every post is accurate, formatted correctly, and follows the brand’s visual and tone standards.
● Optimize each upload for visibility using proper hashtags, tags, titles, thumbnails, and descriptions based on the platform.
● Maintain the posting calendar and coordinate with the marketing and design teams to ensure content goes live on time.
● Review each post before publishing to check layout, captions, and quality on both desktop and mobile views.
● Keep all media files and campaign assets organized, updated, and easy to access in shared folders.
● Track live content daily to confirm uploads are visible, functioning, and error-free.
● Flag any technical or posting issues immediately to the marketing lead for quick resolution.
Community Management
● Engage actively with followers across all social media platforms through timely, friendly, and helpful responses to comments, messages, and mentions.
● Build genuine connections by maintaining a consistent brand voice that feels approachable and human.
● Monitor online conversations to identify opportunities for interaction, appreciation, or support.
● Manage and nurture WhatsApp and Facebook groups to create a sense of belonging and encourage meaningful participation.
● Spark discussions, share updates, and highlight user-generated content to keep communities lively and informed.
● Track recurring questions, concerns, and feedback to help the marketing team improve communication and customer experience.
● Handle sensitive comments or complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring they are resolved or escalated quickly.
Content Support & Coordination
● Collaborate closely with the design and creative teams to ensure every post, video, and visual reflects Sonraj’s brand identity, tone, and quality standards.
● Coordinate with the marketing team on upcoming campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions to plan timely content rollout.
● Maintain a clean, cohesive look across all brand grids, feeds, and story highlights to reflect a unified brand presence.
● Review content before publishing to check for alignment with campaign goals, messaging, and platform trends.
● Ensure captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions are in sync with the creative direction and audience engagement objectives.
● Flag any content or scheduling issues early and work with relevant teams to resolve them quickly.
● Support campaign execution by uploading teasers, event coverage, and behind-the-scenes content as needed.
● Ensure website blogs or social posts include basic SEO practices for improved search visibility.
● Keep the team informed about new platform updates, content features, and algorithm changes.
● Keep track of competitor activity and suggest improvements or creative ideas that can strengthen brand visibility.
Analytics & Insights
● Track and review how each post and campaign perform using built-in analytics and reporting tools.
● Measure reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, and audience behavior across all platforms.
● Compare results week by week to understand what drives engagement and what doesn’t.
● Identify trends, high-performing content types, posting times, and audience preferences.
● Share clear and actionable insights with the marketing team to guide content planning, design focus, and posting strategy.
● Recommend content adjustments based on data, such as caption tone, visual layout, hashtags, or timing.
● Support the team in testing new content formats or ideas and measuring their impact.
● Keep an eye on competitors’ performance and audience engagement for benchmarking.
● Maintain organized performance records for each platform to track long-term growth and engagement patterns.
● Suggest content timing, tone, and visuals according to local events, holidays, and audience behavior patterns.
Quality Control
● Review all posts before publishing to ensure captions are clear, error-free, and written in the right brand tone.
● Double-check visuals, tags, hashtags, and links to confirm accuracy and functionality across devices.
● Verify that every post has received proper internal approval before it goes live.
● Ensure each upload reflects Sonraj’s visual identity, communication style, and brand values.
● Keep all unpublished content, creative drafts, and campaign material strictly confidential.
● Flag any content that seems off-brand, inaccurate, or sensitive for further review before posting.
● Regularly monitor live posts to confirm they display correctly and remain aligned with brand standards.
Requirements
● At least 1 year of experience managing social media or digital content for brands.
● Confident using posting tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok, YouTube Studio, Pinterest, and others.
● Comfortable working with analytics to track performance and identify what’s working.
● Understands how algorithms, SEO, and hashtags affect reach and engagement.
● Strong sense of design, layout, and visual appeal when reviewing content.
● Pays close attention to detail and manages time well under pressure.
● Writes clear, engaging captions in fluent English with correct grammar and tone.
● Keeps brand voice consistent across all platforms.
● Works well with designers, photographers, and marketing teammates to keep content flowing smoothly.
● Handles multiple pages and deadlines without losing focus or accuracy.
● Eager to learn new tools, trends, and features across platforms as they evolve.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
