ROLE AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Role/Position: Digital Content Intern – Learning & Development
Reporting to: Learning & Development Head
Location: Rajajinagar, Bangalore (On-site)
Basic Eligibility Criteria:
· Education: Graduate or Pursuing graduation (preferably in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field)
· Technical Skills: Basic understanding of content creation, video editing, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
· Digital Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
· Communication: Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
· Personality: Confident, creative, and comfortable appearing on camera.
Selection Process:
· Screening round by HR Executive
· Personal Interview by Learning & Development Head / Retail Head
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create and edit engaging photo and video content for learning and promotional purposes.
· Appear confidently on camera for product demos, tutorials, and explainer videos.
· Develop informative and creative content that helps customers understand product features and usage.
· Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and learning materials using Excel and PowerPoint.
· Collaborate with the L&D and marketing teams to brainstorm new content ideas.
· Basic knowledge of photography and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, or similar).
· Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
· Camera-friendly and confident personality.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
A creative mindset with a strong interest in digital marketing and content creation.
