Digital Content & Operations Assistant

At Frozen Garden, we don't really do "one-note" roles. We are a small, busy team making real food, and we are looking for a Digital Content & Operations Assistant who is part creative and part problem-solver. If you can jump from editing a video for social media to helping a customer with a shipment—all without breaking a sweat—you are who we are looking for.

What a Typical Day Looks Like:

• The Creative Side: You will head out to the production floor to grab "behind-the-scenes" photos or videos of the team. You’ll then turn that footage into an engaging Reel or TikTok using CapCut, or whip up a quick graphic in Canva for a new promotion.
• The People Side: You will be the point of contact for our customers via phone and email. Whether it’s a question about a subscription or a wholesale order, you’ll handle it with calmness and professionalism.
• The "Everything Else" Side: Small businesses have a lot of moving parts. You’ll help with various admin tasks—think organizing files, updating spreadsheets, or making sure a project stays on track. You will also need to jump into other departments, like production or shipping, to help the team get orders out when needed.

Required & Recommended Skills:

• Short-Form Video Creation: You should be comfortable filming vertically with a phone and have experience editing in CapCut or similar tools.
• Basic Graphic Design: Proficiency in Canva is necessary to create on-brand graphics for ads and social posts.
• Creative Strategy: You can brainstorm and execute content ideas that resonate with our target customer, who is typically a 58-year-old woman.
• Customer Support: You have experience managing customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Multitasking & Adaptability: You enjoy wearing many hats and are willing to pivot between marketing, office work, and production as needed.
• Professional Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in a role where you had to balance different types of work.

The Details:

• Pay: $18.00 per hour.
