Digital Content Producer

The Opportunity

This is the production engine of the Lendwise marketing team. Camera in your hands. Editing timeline open. Studio ready. You will shoot and edit founder-led content, LO recruiting content, borrower education, product demos, office/operations proof, event coverage, social shorts, thumbnails, captions, and ad creative. The work should feel real, sharp, and human - not corporate-glossy mortgage stock content.

The goal is to make Lendwise visible every week across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, email, landing pages, and recruiting campaigns.

Core ResponsibilitiesStudio Production

  • Run 60-90 minute shoot blocks with the founder, Lendwise leadership, in-house LOs, operations leaders, and visiting guests.
  • Batch 8-15 short-form videos per session for LO recruiting, borrower education, realtor partner content, market commentary, and platform demos.
  • Own camera, lighting, audio, set readiness, framing, shot lists, and production discipline.
  • Capture both serious and funny content without compromising brand trust or regulatory compliance.

Editing and Post-Production

  • Edit 2 long-form pieces per week, typically 15-30 minute interviews, platform demos, founder commentary, or deep dives.
  • Cut 10-15 short-form clips per week for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid social.
  • Handle captions, thumbnails, hooks, light motion graphics, color, audio cleanup, export formatting, and platform-specific versions.
  • Maintain a realistic shoot-to-ship turnaround of 3-5 business days.

Content Packaging

  • Turn technical mortgage/platform topics into clips that are clear enough for borrowers and substantive enough for producing LOs.
  • Create reusable visual systems for market updates, myth-busting clips, product demos, LO wins, recruiting proof points, and referral partner content.
  • Coordinate with the Head of Growth on voice, topics, compliance notes, and publishing priority.

Asset Library and Operations

  • Maintain a tagged, searchable asset library for raw footage, final clips, stills, thumbnails, transcripts, and approved B-roll.
  • Keep source files organized so future ads, recruiting decks, web pages, and LO co-branded assets can reuse footage quickly.
  • Recommend production tools and studio improvements based on speed, quality, and repeatability.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-stack video production experience: shoot, edit, ship.
  • Strong editing skill in Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent, with comfort using Descript, Opus Clip, Captions, Submagic, or similar tools as accelerators.
  • Strong sense of hooks, pacing, captions, thumbnails, and social-native storytelling.
  • Studio shooting capability, including lighting and audio setup without constant supervision.
  • Ability to turn around polished work quickly without making everything feel overproduced.
  • Located in or able to commute to Woodland Hills, CA.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with founder-led content, B2B SaaS content, YouTube creator workflows, documentary-style production, or startup media teams.
  • Light motion graphics, photography, thumbnail design, and sound design skills.
  • Comfort filming operators, executives, and salespeople who are not trained performers.
  • Mortgage, real estate, or fintech familiarity is helpful but not required if your storytelling judgment is strong.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Long-form pieces shipped per week: 2.
  • Short-form clips shipped per week: 10-15.
  • Shoot-to-ship turnaround: 3-5 business days.
  • Zero shoot delays caused by avoidable equipment, setup, or file-management issues.
  • Asset library fully tagged and searchable, audited monthly.
  • Content packages delivered in formats needed by organic, paid, email, and recruiting workflows.
