About the Role

AllThings Plus Business Hub is a U.S.–based company currently expanding and building a strong foundation.
We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist.

This role is perfect for someone who understands branding, marketing structure, and clean U.S.-style content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social media accounts, including posting, scheduling, and engagement
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars and posting plans
  • Generate content ideas, themes, and marketing angles
  • Write captions and content in clear, professional English
  • Design clean and simple social media posts using Canva or Figma
  • Create story ideas, Reels concepts, and promotional content
  • Coordinate content, tasks, and communication with the team
  • Monitor analytics and prepare weekly or monthly performance reports

Marketing & Performance Support

  • Assist with basic Meta and Google advertising campaigns
  • Support SEO fundamentals (keywords, titles, descriptions, on-page basics)
  • Work with Google Analytics for performance tracking
  • Support use of tools such as Google Search Console and Google Business Profile
  • Assist with SEM and basic media buying activities
  • Support analytics, tracking, and reporting
  • Use tools such as SEMrush or Screaming Frog when needed
  • Basic HTML & CSS knowledge for minor fixes or support (nice to have)

Requirements

  • Professional experience in social media management (not personal pages only)
  • Strong English writing skills (required)
  • Ability to design clean, professional social media visuals (Canva or Figma)
  • Basic knowledge of Meta and Google advertising
  • Basic understanding of SEO concepts
  • Ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines
  • Experience working with international or U.S.-based clients and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Nice to Have

  • Experience with email marketing execution
  • Experience creating pitch decks or presentations
  • Content writing or script writing experience
  • Understanding of brand identity and visual consistency
  • Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, or marketing tools
  • Interest in AI tools and staying updated with digital trends
