Digital Content Specialist

We are looking for a highly creative, versatile, and proactive Digital Content Specialist to join our team. You’ll be the visual storyteller for our brands, responsible for everything from the first "record" click to the final reply in the DMs.

Key Responsibilities

● Video Production: Script, film, and edit high-quality short-form video content that aligns with brand aesthetics and current trends.

● Graphic Design: Design eye-catching static posts and high-value carousel images using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

● Community Management: Monitor and engage! You will be the voice of the brand, responding to comments and DMs with speed, wit, and helpfulness.

● Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, audio clips, and platform updates to keep our brands relevant.

● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to execute content calendars and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

What You Bring to the Table

● A Creative Portfolio: Proven experience in creating engaging social content (please share links or a portfolio!).

● Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile or desktop editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot) and design software (Canva, Photoshop).

● Social Fluency: Deep understanding of Social Media algorithms and "vibe" nuances.

● Writing Chops: Ability to write catchy captions and communicate effectively with followers.

● Self-Starter Attitude: You can take a brief and run with it, often acting as your own director, lighting tech, and editor.

Bonus Points For

● Experience with photography or lighting setups.

● Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.

● Previous experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.
