Digital Content Branding Specialist Bilingual (Spanish)
The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in managing the full content lifecycle—covering ideation, creation, editing, approvals, distribution, measurement, and ongoing optimization. Working closely with the Commercial Intelligence Manager, you will help shape content strategies that elevate the Dynasol Group brand and contribute directly to the company’s sales growth.
You will increase brand awareness by promoting company services and driving prospects to conversion, while analyzing and reporting on the performance of all marketing activities, including emails, landing pages, leads, campaigns, social media, and paid media.
Major Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns to strengthen sales and market positioning (Web, SEO/SEM, email, social media).
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns across all channels.
- Create, edit, and publish website content, including videos, images, and blog posts.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to evaluate digital strategies used by competitors and customers.
- Design and implement customer surveys to improve understanding of customer perceptions and satisfaction.
- Analyze website user experience and implement plans to optimize SEO performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop landing pages that enhance customer experience.
- Partner with internal teams to optimize, manage, and publish digital content.
- Support Salesforce implementation activities as part of the marketing technology stack.
Skills & Experience:
- BS degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience in digital marketing across multiple channels.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and SEO tools to analyze user behavior and recommend improvements.
- Experience with front-end web development and basic HTML.
- Video editing skills and the ability to produce multimedia content.
- Salesforce experience.
- Highly creative, with the ability to identify target audiences and design engaging, high-impact digital campaigns.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Publisher).

Pay: $52,500.00 - $57,000.00 per year
