About Us: We’re a career college focused on providing top-tier education and support to our students. Our Marketing team plays a critical role in ensuring our digital systems and content are optimized to help students succeed. We’re a small but mighty team, and we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence and efficiency.

About the Role: Are you the kind of person who notices when a comma is out of place, a link is broken, or a workflow could be smoother? Do you take pride in making systems work—not just for today, but for the long haul?

We’re looking for a Digital Content & Systems Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role is for a technically capable, editorially gifted, and deeply reliable professional who thrives on executing repeatable, high-impact tasks across editorial, web, and CRM operations. You’ll be the skilled hands ensuring our digital presence is polished, our systems are clean, and our enrollment ecosystem runs smoothly.

If you love the satisfaction of turning "good enough" into "flawless" and want to work in a role where your precision directly supports our mission, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Content & Editorial:

  • Put the final polish on short-form content (especially social media) to ensure it meets professional publishing standards.
  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT to draft high-quality content—but your human judgment, taste, and precision will always have the final say.
  • Maintain consistency in grammar, tone, and brand voice across all communications.

Web & Tech Infrastructure:

  • Update and post content on our WordPress site using HTML and no-code tools, ensuring everything looks great, functions smoothly, and has high AIO/EEAT value.
  • Use SEO tools to spot broken links, SEO gaps, and site hygiene issues—then fix them before they become problems.
  • Keep an eye out for anything that “feels off” on the site and escalate issues before they impact users.

CRM & Enrollment Tech:

  • Handle routine CRM tasks in Element451, like email campaign creation, email sends, form updates, and list management, to keep our systems running like clockwork.
  • Help test automation flows, audience segmentation, and performance tracking to ensure everything operates efficiently.

What You Bring:
Fluent English writing and editing skills—you’re the person others trust to catch errors and refine messaging.
Experience with WordPress, including both drag-and-drop editors and HTML/CSS. You know how to make edits without breaking the site.
Experience with CRM software, such as Element451. You understand the basics of email building and email marketing as well as other CRM operations.
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, but you never let the bot’s output go live without your review.
A detail-oriented, proactive mindset. You notice when something’s off—whether it’s a misplaced pixel or a clunky workflow—and you fix it. ✅ The ability to work independently. You don’t need constant check-ins to stay on track; you document your work and escalate issues when needed.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, or other SEO/QA tools.
  • Experience with Element 451 or other CRM apps.
  • A background in CRM operations, digital marketing, or enrollment technology.
  • A knack for solving puzzles, optimizing workflows, and keeping systems clean.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • Impact: Your work directly supports our enrollment goals by ensuring our digital presence is flawless and our systems are reliable.
  • Autonomy: You’ll have the trust and freedom to own your tasks.
  • Growth: You’ll work closely with the Director of Enrollment Technology and have opportunities to refine your skills in web ops, CRM, and content strategy.
  • Culture: We value precision, reliability, and a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude. If you love making things better, you’ll fit right in.
