Digital Creative Associate

Company Background

Anchor Corps builds and operates vertical marketing platforms that generate predictable demand, higher-quality leads, and measurable revenue for the businesses they serve. We’re not a general agency. We operate dedicated divisions for specific industries - each with its own strategy, creative systems, reporting infrastructure, and specialists who understand the economics of the markets they support. Our divisions serve healthcare practices (dental, TMJ & sleep, med spa, and specialty care), home service contractors, and multi-location or enterprise-level brands.

AI and automation are integrated into how we work - for campaign optimization, lead scoring, call analysis, and reporting - but human expertise and judgment lead the strategy. We don’t measure success in impressions. We measure it in leads booked, appointments made, and revenue generated.

Our Mission

To help healthcare professionals and purpose-driven businesses grow through clarity, creativity, and measurable results - combining strategy, marketing, and operational insight to elevate brands that improve lives.

Summary

The Digital CreativeAssociate is an execution-first, production-focused role responsible for building and delivering creative assets across digital channels. Reporting to our Creative Process Lead, this person collaborates with the design team, account management, and operations to produce campaign-ready creative work, maintain brand consistency, and keep deliverables moving on schedule.

This is an entry-to-early-career position suited to someone who takes real satisfaction in the craft of execution - producing clean, on-brand work from provided direction, managing their own task load reliably, and building technical skill over time. The measure of success here is precision, dependability, and the consistent delivery of work that's ready to use.

Responsibilities

Graphic & Visual Asset Production

  • Design and produce marketing assets including social media graphics, digital ad creatives, email visuals, and website image updates based on provided briefs and templates
  • Edit and assemble short-form video content for use across digital and social channels
  • Prepare and organize asset packages for campaign launches, including ad sets, landing page visuals, and email graphics
  • Ensure all deliverables are campaign-ready without requiring heavy revision before deployment

AI-Assisted Creative Production

  • Use generative AI tools - including Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E, and comparable platforms - to produce graphics, visuals, and campaign-ready creative assets
  • Develop and maintain effective prompt strategies that consistently deliver on-brand, usable output.
  • Use AI writing tools to draft copy variations, captain, and short-form content efficiently
  • Stay current on emerging AI creative tools relevant to the team’s production needs

Content & Copy Support

  • Write basic marketing copy from provided briefs: social media captions, ad headline variations, email subject lines, and short-form post copy
  • Support content calendar maintenance - tracking scheduled posts, flagging gaps, and organizing upcoming assets by platform and date
  • Ensure copy is on-brand, accurate, and delivered on schedule alongside visual assets

Brand & Campaign Support

  • Apply established brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables and all client accounts
  • Work from creative briefs and direction provided by senior team members; escalate questions before proceeding rather than guessing
  • Incorporate internal and client feedback quickly and accurately - revision rounds are a standard part of the workflow
  • Support multiple active campaigns simultaneously, managing competing deadlines without loss of quality

Social Media Scheduling & Publishing

  • Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms using the team’s designated scheduling tools
  • Monitor basic engagement activity - flag comments, questions, or direct messages that require a team response
  • Support monthly performance reporting by pulling basic metrics from platform analytics as directed

Project Coordination & File Management

  • Manage assigned tasks in the project management platform, keeping statuses current and flagging blockers early
  • Maintain organized, consistently named file structures in shared drives for all active and completed work
  • Communicate proactively on timeline risks - do not wait until a deadline is missed to escalate

Skills and Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and Canva
  • Basic video editing experience - Premiere Rush, Premiere Pro, or comparable tool
  • Organized file management practices - Google Drive, Dropbox, consistent naming conventions
  • Basic CMS editing experience - WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, or similar
  • Working familiarity with at least one project management tool - Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or equivalent

  • Reliable and communicative - meets deadlines and surfaces risks proactively
  • Receptive to feedback; able to incorporate revisions efficiently

PREFERRED:

  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in a marketing, design, or digital production role; internship and freelance experience accepted
  • Post-secondary education or certification in design, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Portfolio or work samples demonstrating digital creative output, which include both AI-generated and traditional design work
  • Exposure to Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Sprout Social, Buffer, or Later
