RMG is Hiring Digital Customer Experience Specialist.


Experience: 7–10 years

Role Summary:

Support digital CX enhancement initiatives and ensure seamless service delivery across digital channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field
  • Hands-on experience in digital journey mapping & user research
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CX measurement tools (NPS, CSAT, CES)
  • Knowledge of UX fundamentals, content flows, and customer interaction models
  • Experience in optimizing websites, apps, and self-service platforms
  • Strong skills in reporting, data interpretation, and experience improvement initiatives
