The Digital Design Freelancer will partner closely with cross-functional teams to concept, design, and execute elevated digital creative across both organic and paid channels. This role plays a key part in shaping a modern, fashion-forward visual identity while ensuring all assets are optimized for performance and aligned with brand storytelling. The ideal candidate brings a strong design POV, motion capabilities, and a balance of creativity and data-driven thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute all organic social creative in partnership with cross-functional teams, bringing a fresh, fashion-driven perspective to continuously evolve the brand’s social presence.
- Concept and design high-impact paid social and performance marketing assets that are visually distinctive and optimized for engagement and conversion.
- Create dynamic motion assets, including animation and video editing, to support both paid and organic channels—ensuring content feels current, engaging, and platform-native.
- Maintain a cohesive visual narrative across all channels, balancing strong brand storytelling with performance insights and data-informed design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to test, iterate, and refine creative based on performance and evolving brand needs.
- Leverage slower periods to explore new creative directions, test concepts, and push visual innovation.
Skills:
- Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, XD) and Figma
- Strong motion design and video editing capabilities
- Ability to translate brand direction into compelling, platform-specific creative
- Balances creative instinct with performance-driven thinking
- Highly collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Base Pay Range:
This is a contract position offering an hourly rate of $35–$50, with an expected schedule of 20–30 hours per week. The engagement is short-term, with the potential for extension. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
