Sisal Sans, established in partnership with Sisal S.p.A and Demirören Holding, is an organization that provides services in both the retail and digital sectors, authorized to carry out the games of chance in Turkey for 10 years in 2020.

We are looking for a "Digital Design Intern" who can support us in our daily operations in Digital Content & Creative team.

Job Description:

This role will be responsible for creative campaigns, banners, ads, website content including vertical social first contents. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design and excited to learn the creation of a best-in-class digital content.

• Creating visual assets and adaptations (incl. videos, static images & more) needed for digital channels, websites and applications with the team,
• Working on creative content creation brainstorming sessions, bringing an alternative and creative POV,
• Learning content management procedures and systems (CMS),
• Assist content&creative team working with cross functional teams develop strategies and plans to better develop products and customer experience.

What We Expect:

• 3rd grade student in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Fine arts, or any other related fields,
• Motivation to learn designing visual assets,
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and curiosity in generative AI tools,
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere and After Effects,
• Ability to observe, analyze graphic design trends in current market,
• Curiosity in design, fine arts and related fields,
• Is proficient in underlying interactive technologies including web and mobile,
• Strong attention to detail and follow through,
• Willingness to learn on the fly, stay current on latest digital media trends, and experiment with new design techniques ,
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team,
• Portfolio showcasing works (Only candidates with portfolios will be considered for this role, school portfolios are accepted)
