Digital Design & Production Associate

About Everest Place

Everest Place is a 234-acre master-planned, mixed-use resort and entertainment destination located in the heart of the Orlando tourism corridor adjacent to Walt Disney World. The development integrates globally recognized hospitality brands, luxury residences, retail entertainment, and experiential concepts across multiple phases.

About the Role

As the project advances into vertical development, we are building an in-house creative team to support marketing, investor communications, and project branding. This is an opportunity for a motivated designer who wants hands-on experience working for a large-scale real estate development. The Digital Design & Production Associate is an on-site production-heavy role that requires a sophisticated eye for design and layout. You will be the primary "visual gatekeeper" for the company, ensuring that every drone video, investor report, and website update looks polished, modern, and professional.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Design & Brand Consistency (70% of Time)

  • Design Eye: Take full ownership of the "look and feel" of all company materials. Ensure consistent use of typography, color, and layout across digital and print.
  • Wix Website Design: Manage and refresh the website layout. You aren't just uploading photos; you are designing the pages to ensure a high-end user experience.
  • Canva Presentations: Design and maintain "Investment Objective" decks. You are responsible for turning raw data into visually engaging, easy-to-read charts and layouts.
  • Investor Reporting: Design monthly 2–4-page updates that look like premium reports, not just basic Word documents.
  • Print Media: Design brochures, site signage, and materials with a professional, clean aesthetic.

Content Production & Social Media (20% of Time)

  • Video Editing: Edit raw drone footage into sleek, professional videos. You must have an eye for pacing, color correction, and storytelling.
  • Social Media: Design and post content twice weekly across multiple platforms. Every post must meet a high visual standard that reflects a premium brand.

Logistics & Vendor Management (10% of Time)

  • Vendor Coordination: Maintain professional correspondence with third-party printers and marketing vendors to ensure design specifications are met during production.
  • Asset Organization: Curate and maintain an organized library of the best project photography and video.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop,)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of typography and layout fundamentals
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or similar (or equivalent portfolio)
  • Experience in marketing for a hospitality or hotel setting
  • Understanding of luxury-focused branding standards
  • Experience creating sales or investor presentations
  • Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, or presentation formatting
  • Interest in real estate, hospitality, or development projects
  • Ability to fly a Drone for construction videos & photography

What We’re Looking For

  • A creative professional with a strong design aesthetic
  • Someone who values accuracy, organization, and consistency
  • A proactive contributor who takes ownership of their work
  • A collaborative team player

If you are passionate about design, hospitality, and creating visually compelling marketing materials, we’d love to hear from you.
