Key Responsibilities
Brand Design
- Develop and maintain brand identity systems — logos, typography, color palettes, and guidelines.
- Design packaging and marketing assets that align with brand strategy.
- Create brand toolkits for use across print, digital, and product applications.
Product Design
- Research customer needs and translate them into innovative product designs (e.g., packaging structures, stainless steel homeware, FMCG products).
- Create sketches, 3D renders, and prototypes, ensuring designs are both aesthetic and practical for manufacturing.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
- Test and refine designs for usability, ergonomics, and durability.
Digital Design (Web & Online)
- Design visually engaging website layouts, landing pages, and digital ads.
- Work with developers (or no-code platforms like Wix/WordPress) to ensure designs are executed smoothly.
- Create social media creatives, email templates, and other digital marketing assets.
- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for web and mobile.
- Maintain consistency between brand identity and online presence.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner with marketing, R&D, and operations teams to ensure end-to-end design alignment.
- Work closely with developers, printers, and vendors to execute designs effectively.
- Stay updated on trends in branding, industrial design, and digital/web design.
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand, product, and digital design (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects), Figma, and at least one 3D/CAD tool (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, UX/UI, and manufacturing constraints.
- Familiarity with web design principles (HTML/CSS basics a plus).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of sustainability in materials and design.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce).
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Industrial Design, Multimedia, or related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in brand, product, and digital design.
