As a Digital Designer, you won’t just design visuals, you’ll create meaningful digital experiences that inspire action, build trust, and elevate our brand across all digital platforms. Reporting to the Assistant Creative Manager, you’ll work closely with a talented, cross-functional team to shape the Credit Union’s digital presence through thoughtful, user-centric creative.
Guided by our core values—Integrity, Innovation, Collaboration, Excellence, and Empowerment—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital campaigns that support strategic goals and reflect our commitment to member-first financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design with Integrity
Create digital assets for web, email, and social media that meet brand, accessibility, and compliance standards. Ensure accuracy and consistency through careful quality control.
Innovate Through Visual Storytelling
Conceptualize and produce responsive, user-focused designs and videos tailored to each digital platform. Stay current on design trends to deliver fresh, engaging creative.
Collaborate to Bring Campaigns to Life
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and translate them into cohesive digital experiences. Support collaborative brainstorming and align creative with campaign strategy.
Deliver with Excellence
Balance creativity and functionality to produce polished digital assets that drive engagement and meet business objectives. Manage multiple projects while meeting quality and timeline expectations.
Empower Brand Consistency
Develop and maintain reusable design templates and digital asset libraries to support consistent brand execution. Provide guidance to internal teams to help them create on-brand content.
Learn, Reflect, and Improve
Participate in campaign retrospectives by sharing design insights and performance takeaways. Apply feedback to continuously enhance creative strategy and output.
