Digital Designer

We are on the hunt for a talented Digital Designer to join our client's team in Texas! This is an amazing opportunity to work with one of our dynamic ad agency clients.

In this role, you'll be the creative force behind a variety of projects, from initial concept to final execution. Most of your work will focus on digital mediums—think performance, social, web, and email—but you'll also create assets for print. You'll produce polished, high-quality visual assets across digital and print media, including social media graphics, digital ads, email creative, print collateral and packaging, web and UI design elements (no development skills required!), and logos and brand systems.

You'll need to be comfortable taking projects from concept to completion with minimal oversight and collaborating cross-functionally with our Creative, Strategy, Development, and Project Management teams. A key part of the job is participating in creative reviews with professionalism and an openness to feedback, all while ensuring your work aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of graphic design experience (agency or fast-paced commercial setting preferred)
• An online portfolio that demonstrates a strong range of branding, marketing, and digital design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Experience using Figma (or similar platform, ie Sketch, XD) for web/collaborative design
• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Slack, or similar project management and communications platforms
