Position Summary:
REUZEL is seeking a dynamic, analytical and organized Digital & E-Commerce Marketing Manager to drive all day-to-day execution and long-term growth of our digital presence. This cross-functional role blends E-commerce Operations, Digital Marketing, Influencer Partnerships, and campaign management and coordination. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, is proficient in Shopify, and has strong project management skills and a deep understanding of E-commerce platforms, content strategy, and social engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital & E-Commerce Management
- Oversee B2C e-commerce operations via Shopify, including product pages, collection pages, landing pages, and homepage audits
- Lead seasonal and promotional site updates: banner implementation, discount code setup, testing, and bundle creation using Amplify
- Manage SEO strategy and execution in collaboration with an external agency
- Write and optimize SEO-friendly copy for product and collection pages
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and execution with external email agency
- Conduct user experience audits and recommend ongoing improvements
- Manage review platforms, email campaign & flow platforms (ie. Yotpo & Klaviyo) and liaise with IT agency for website functionality updates
Content & Asset Management
- Organize and maintain digital marketing assets across Dropbox and OneDrive
- Distribute and manage content from outside agencies and partnerships overseas for internal and external stakeholders
- Track model usage by product and maintain organized brand asset libraries
Social Media & Community Engagement
- Manage and engage across all social media platforms (comments, DMs, and trends)
- Oversee influencer partnerships, outreach, and relationship management
- Respond to community inquiries and coordinate real-time engagement
- Research emerging trends to inform and evolve the content strategy
Influencer & Brand Partnerships
- Conduct outreach to influencers and brands for collaborations
- Coordinate product sends and sampling orders
- Finalize influencer content and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Create campaign briefs, track live dates, and maintain communication with talent/brand managers
Project & Campaign Management
- Manage U.S. promotional calendar in collaboration with global team
- Communicate photoshoot and project needs across internal departments
- Organize timelines and assets for marketing campaigns and product launches
- Support coordination and rollout of international content
TikTok Shop Operations
- Set up and sync TikTok Shop product pages with Shopify
- Conduct platform research and monitor affiliate/influencer trends
- Manage Seller Center operations and product upkeep
- Oversee influencer outreach and collaboration specific to TikTok
Creative & Marketing Material Development
- Collaborate with graphic designers and external creative partners
- Proof marketing copy and review campaign materials
- Maintain end-of-month photography decks for internal creative teams
- Support one-off marketing material needs for sales, education, and cause-related initiatives
Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related role
- Strong proficiency/expertise with Shopify, email platforms (including Klaviyo) and social media management tools
- Strong working knowledge of SEO principles and analytics tools
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofing skills
- Experience managing Influencer campaigns and digital partnerships
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
