The Role

We are seeking a Digital Design Manager to lead the technical quality and governance of a large-scale virtual city built in Unreal Engine. This is a rare opportunity to influence the digital foundation of a landmark development by ensuring models, data, and workflows operate at an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality, structure, and performance of digital models within Unreal Engine
• Develop and enforce technical standards for digital modeling and asset management
• Review and validate model submissions from consultants and designers
• Establish scalable file structures, workflows, and documentation to support compliance
• Troubleshoot integration and modeling challenges across BIM, GIS, and engineering datasets
• Drive continuous improvement across digital workflows
• Implement best practices to safeguard digital asset integrity

Requirements

• Strong background in BIM, GIS, and complex digital asset ecosystems
• Proven experience establishing technical standards and compliance frameworks
• Expertise in quality assurance and resolving model integration issues
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Computer Science, Game Development, Digital Media, or a related field
• 10+ years’ experience developing real-time 3D applications using Unreal Engine or comparable platforms
• Advanced Unreal Engine expertise, ideally within architectural visualization
