Job Title: Social Media Executive
Organization: HuHaHo (Human Happiness Hope)
Location: Moti Nagar, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create visually engaging posts (images, videos, graphics, infographics) aligned with HuHaHo’s brand identity.
• Write compelling captions, blogs, and content that educates and engages the target audience.
• Manage the daily content calendar and ensure regular posting across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Optimize website content and blog articles for SEO by researching keywords, adding meta-tags, and improving content structure.
• Manage on-page SEO activities, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, and improving site performance.
• Handle Social Media Optimization (SMO) to improve profile visibility, grow followers, and increase engagement across social channels.
• Monitor content performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations.
• Work efficiently under deadlines with speed, proactiveness, and a strong results-driven approach.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in video shooting, editing, SEO, and SMO.
• Experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, InShot, CapCut, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.).
• Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• Experience in managing social media platforms and running paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Good knowledge of content marketing, keyword research, and SEO best practices.
• Excellent time management and multitasking ability with a speed-oriented mindset.
• Good communication and writing skills.
