Job Overview:
The Digital Experience & Content Specialist for planning, execution, and daily management of website updates, content posting, and quality control across World Service websites. This role ensures that customer-experience (CX) and user-experience (UX) principles are applied to every page and feature to create intuitive, accessible, and actionable content that aligns back to agency strategic goals. Working closely with marketing, IT, and program teams, the specialist helps create seamless, engaging web journeys that strengthen the organization’s online presence.
Will post and update content, ensuring accurate placement, clear navigation, responsive design, and adherence to accessibility and UX best practices. Assist with site improvements such as page templates, information architecture, and usability testing to create cohesive, user-centered experiences.
Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications, Web Design or related discipline
