Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented risk specialist to join our team in one of the largest KSA banks. The Governance and Risk Specialist will be responsible for developing risk and compliance documents to obtain necessary internal and external approvals on new digital products or services launch in KSA market. This role will capture all the potential product/ service specific risks that may arise from launching any product/ service. This role requires strong risk and compliance knowledge, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen eye for understanding SAMA regulations and Bank’s risk framework.

Qualifications for data analytics developer:

• At least 10+ years’ experience in risk and compliance department of financial institution or a Bank.
• Very good knowledge of operational risk, financial risk, regulatory risk and technology risk and controls in a bank or financial institution.
• Bachelor degree in risk management, operations management, business management or comparable post-graduation experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Certification in Financial risk management (FRM) is a plus.
