General Summary

The Digital Graphic Designer is responsible for elevating the visual identity of our brands across digital platforms. This role goes beyond execution, shaping creative direction for email, website, social, and paid marketing campaigns while working as a team player. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering high-quality creative that drives engagement and conversion, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can independently lead projects from concept to final production.


Essential Job Functions

  • Design and execute multiple weekly email sends that align with brand guidelines and are optimized for mobile-first design.
  • Develop creative digital assets for brand websites, including homepage refreshes, landing pages, banners, and seasonal updates.
  • Create digital advertising assets across display, affiliate, and paid social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest), ensuring designs reflect industry best practices and brand identity.
  • Concept and design engaging, brand-building social content — graphics, motion, and video — across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and blog.
  • Produce seasonal marketing and product visuals for Amazon and other retail partners, maintaining consistency across digital touchpoints.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate with peers to enhance creative execution within the team.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, ecomm, and studio teams to anticipate creative needs and deliver on campaign timelines.
  • Support printed collateral and integrated brand storytelling when needed.


Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Portfolio to support experience (must be included with application)
  • An exceptional eye for detail in layout, content, and typography
  • Experience and understanding of producing graphic artwork for media and digital mediums.
  • Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign. Adobe Premiere and After Effects a plus
  • Excellent attention to details with strong time management and organization skills
  • Must be able to complete challenging deadlines under pressure in a fast pace environment
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at a time while working to a high standard
  • Strong self-motivator, able to accomplish different tasks with minimal supervision
  • An understanding of and passion for fashion and surfing
  • Experience working with a fashion / lifestyle / action sports brand is a plus
  • Experience in Asana a plus


Required Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
  • 3-6 Years of graphic design experience, industry experience preferred


Physical Requirements

Seeing: Must be able to see well enough to read reports.

Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with customers, vendors and employees.

Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up products.

Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.

Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to type and use technical sources.
