AdOmni is redefining how advertisers connect across screens — from CTV to DOOH. We’re looking for a Digital Growth & AEO Specialist to design and execute our next-generation marketing engine.

This hybrid strategist-operator role will lead our transition into Generative and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), ensuring AdOmni’s message is discoverable in both traditional and AI-powered search experiences.

You’ll start as a consultant (with a clear 90-day roadmap) and transition into a full-time growth leader.

Key Responsibilities

1. AEO + SEO Implementation

  • Build AdOmni’s AEO roadmap: audits, schema markup, knowledge graph improvements, and content reframing for AI readability
  • Develop “snippet-ready” assets using FAQ, HowTo, and Organization schema
  • Establish templates and standards for future AEO content creation

2. Multi-Channel Growth Marketing

  • Lead LinkedIn organic and paid strategy targeting priority B2B segments
  • Launch paid search and email nurture programs with measurable CPL/CAC guardrails
  • Align creative, copy, and messaging across all channels for brand consistency

3. Pipeline Performance

  • Define ICPs, value propositions, and funnel stages with Sales
  • Track conversion rates, velocity, and cost metrics
  • Deliver dashboards that tie content and channel performance directly to revenue outcomes

4. Collaboration & Enablement

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, and Product Marketing to define campaigns, quantifiable key results, gather information and report back on progress.
  • Share AEO insights to refine how AdOmni presents itself in the market
  • Document playbooks and train internal teams for sustainable execution

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of B2B digital marketing/demand gen experience
  • 1-2 years of hands-on AEO
  • 5+ years of SEO
  • Technical familiarity: GA4, GSC, CRM + marketing automation, structured data
  • Strong creative/editorial sensibility and storytelling skill
  • Analytical mindset with a test-measure-scale approach

Engagement Details

  • Contract for first 3 months, transitioning to full-time based on results
  • Consultant fee: $10 - $12K monthly range
  • Media budget managed separately, with lean startup testing
  • Remote work available
