Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Growth Manager to lead data-driven user acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention initiatives across our digital platforms (web and app). You will play a key role in scaling our B2C and B2B growth — working closely with the marketing, product, and data teams to design, execute, and measure growth experiments that move the needle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Coordinate paid performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other digital channels) with dedicated SEM team.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate experiments across landing pages, funnels, and app journeys.
• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to identify friction points and improve conversion rates (CRO).
• Own marketing analytics dashboards, reporting on KPIs such as CAC, LTV, retention, and ROI.
• Implement marketing automation and lifecycle campaigns (email, push, SMS) to increase engagement.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve marketing efficiency.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in growth roles (preferably in tech, SaaS, or marketplace businesses).
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Adjust, Looker Studio, etc.).
• Proven ability to use data and experimentation to drive growth decisions.
• Experience with CRM and automation tools (e.g.,Insider, HubSpot, or similar).
• Analytical mindset, growth-oriented curiosity, and a bias for action.
