We are seeking a visionary Digital Growth Manager to lead our clients through their transformation journey. You will command a powerful suite of proprietary technologies, including our AI Agents Platform and Martech Stacks, to architect and execute strategies that deliver tangible business outcomes.

As a leader in our client’s success, you will:

• Orchestrate the FIMMICK FLYWHEEL: Guide clients through our proven transformation journey, from building a Strategic Foundation with our Data Hub to Intelligent Deployment and Scalable Growth.
• Architect Full-Funnel Growth: Design and oversee sophisticated, multi-channel strategies that encompass paid media (PPC/Social Ads), SEO, content marketing, and earned media to drive high-quality traffic.
• Master Our AI-Powered Martech Stack: Go beyond standard tools. You will leverage our proprietary platforms to deliver unparalleled results:
• CreativeMax: Generate AI-powered content and campaign ideas.
• OptiMax: Utilize our performance optimization engine for real-time campaign adjustments.
• KOCMax: Deploy our AI-driven platform for influencer and KOC management.
• Amplify Brands with Authentic Communities: Strategically activate our unique creator networks, including KINNSO (KOCs), Adfocate (Influencers), and our pioneering 50+ Elderly Creators Community, to drive authentic word-of-mouth marketing.
• Deliver Measurable Business Outcomes: Focus on what matters—driving measurable ROI, enhancing customer engagement, and achieving scalable growth for clients across key verticals like Retail, Finance, Beauty & Health, and Cross-border E-commerce.

• Proven Digital Strategist: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing for the Manager role. (Candidates with 3-4 years of outstanding experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager role).
• Leadership & Mentorship: A demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals.
• Full-Funnel Expertise: Deep knowledge of the digital ecosystem, from traffic acquisition (SEO, Performance Marketing) to conversion optimization and analytics.
• Data-Driven Mindset: A passion for turning complex data from diverse sources (1st, 2nd, and 3rd party) into actionable intelligence.
• Exceptional Communication: Full professional fluency in both English and Cantonese is required to manage stakeholders and articulate transformative strategies.
