Investor Schooling is a rapidly growing financial education company that teaches people how to build wealth through real estate investing, stock options, and financial intelligence.

Through live events, national radio shows, online education, and in-person programs, we are helping thousands of people improve their financial lives.

We are looking for a Digital Growth & Marketing Manager who will take ownership of our technology and marketing systems and help scale the reach of Investor Schooling.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, launching campaigns, and driving measurable business growth.

This is not a typical marketing job. We are looking for someone who wants to own the position and become a key driver of company growth.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for managing and improving the digital infrastructure that powers our marketing and growth.

Website & Platform Management

• Build, maintain, and optimize company websites (primarily WordPress)
• Manage course and membership platforms within Kajabi
• Build high-converting landing pages and funnels
• Improve site speed, SEO, and user experience
• Ensure website security, backups, and uptime

Digital Advertising & Lead Generation

• Create and manage Facebook / Instagram ad campaigns
• Manage Google Ads and YouTube advertising
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns
• Build marketing funnels that generate leads for events, courses, and programs

Automation & Marketing Systems

• Build and maintain automations using Zapier
• Integrate marketing tools, websites, CRM systems, and funnel software
• Improve internal marketing systems and workflows
• Manage marketing data and lead flows

Growth Strategy

• Work directly with leadership to design campaigns that drive revenue
• Launch promotions for live events, programs, and digital courses
• Test new marketing ideas and growth strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and improve conversion rates

Creative & Campaign Support

• Build landing pages and marketing assets
• Coordinate marketing for podcasts, radio shows, and events
• Assist in the creation of digital marketing campaigns and promotional materials

Required Skills

• Strong experience with WordPress website development
• Experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads
• Experience with Kajabi or similar course platforms
• Experience using Zapier or similar automation tools
• Understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, and lead generation
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills

Helpful Experience (Not Required)

• Experience with Zoho CRM
• Experience with Keap / Infusionsoft
• Experience marketing online courses or events
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Email marketing and automation
• Analytics and conversion optimization

Compensation

We are looking for the right person, and compensation will reflect experience and ability.

Base Salary
$65,000 – $90,000

Performance Bonuses
$10,000 – $30,000+ tied to growth metrics such as:

• Lead generation
• Event registrations
• Course sales
• Advertising ROI
