USA Measurements builds industrial weighing equipment used by companies across the country. We’re scaling fast. New products, new markets, aggressive growth goals.

We don’t need someone to “manage social media.” We need someone who knows how to get attention, convert traffic, and turn marketing into money.

The Mission

Build a marketing engine that consistently generates qualified leads, increases online sales, and strengthens our brand across all channels. You will own digital marketing — strategy, execution, and results. You’ll audit what we’re doing now, fix what isn’t working, and scale what is.

What You’ll Own

Traffic & Demand Gen

  • Drive traffic that converts through SEO, CRO, Google & Microsoft ads, retargeting, and content
  • Build, test, and optimize landing pages, funnels, and email sequences
  • Use data to make decisions — not opinions
  • Own PPC campaigns end-to-end — strategy, testing, scaling, and AI-assisted performance analysis

Vendor Performance

We already have 3rd-party vendors running SEO, PPC, CRO, and email marketing.
Your job:

  • Audit everything
  • Cut what’s not producing
  • Scale what is
  • Hold vendors accountable with KPIs and ROI
  • If they don’t perform, you replace them.

Bring Marketing In-House

Over time, transition key marketing functions from outsourced vendors to internal systems and talent — without losing momentum. This includes taking ownership of email marketing, SEO, PPC, CRO, content, and automation. Build the internal processes, tools, and team needed so we are not reliant on agencies to grow.

Website & Conversion

  • Turn our website into a 24/7 sales machine
  • Improve UX, product pages, clarity, and conversion rates through continuous testing
  • Build a system that attracts, nurtures, and converts leads without needing hand-holding

Marketplace Growth

  • Grow visibility and revenue on Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and others
  • Optimize listings, keywords, pricing, content, reviews, and promotions
  • Systemize listings, content, and product updates for scale

Team & Resources

You shouldn’t waste time posting product images or fixing Canva files.
You’ll:

  • Build a small execution team using Upwork/contractors for repetitive tasks
  • Keep your focus on high-value strategy, testing, and scaling

AI as a Performance Multiplier

Use AI to remove low-value tasks, speed up execution, and improve output — not replace thinking. Leverage AI to analyze PPC data, spot opportunities faster, and make smarter decisions that drive revenue.

Who This Role Is For

This is for someone who:

  • Has 7-10 years of real experience in D2C/eCommerce or B2B digital marketing
  • Has run or managed SEO, CRO, paid ads, and marketplace marketing
  • Thinks in experiments, funnels, KPIs, and results
  • Can operate with autonomy and hates “committee marketing”
  • Has a proven track record of driving growth and can show the results — we value proof, not theory

This is not for someone who:

  • Needs constant direction
  • Only wants to “manage a brand”
  • Is afraid to make decisions, run tests, or be held accountable to performance

Compensation

You will be rewarded based on the value you create.

  • $80,000–$110,000 base salary (depending on experience and proven results)
  • Performance bonuses tied to revenue, leads, and conversion growth
  • Full healthcare benefits
  • Full-time, on-site in Las Vegas (M–F, 8am–5pm)

What Success Looks Like in 12 Months

  • Lead flow up significantly
  • CAC down
  • SEO traffic climbing every month
  • Ads generating profit, not “awareness”
  • Website converting — not leaking
  • Marketplaces producing meaningful revenue
  • You’ve built a proven, repeatable acquisition system
