JOB DESCRIPTION: Digital Growth & Patient Success Manager

Role: Digital Growth & Patient Success Manager (In-House)

Location: Nypunya Aesthetic Clinic, J.P. Nagar, Bangalore

Reporting To: Medical Directors (Dr. Prashantha Kesari & Dr. Shubha Kesari)

THE MISSION

Nypunya Aesthetic Clinic is South India's premier destination for Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery. We are home to two centers of excellence:

1. Advanced Plastic Surgery: Led by Dr. Prashantha Kesari (Global leader in Facelifts, Rhinoplasty, Body Contouring).

2. Cosmetic Dermatology: Led by Dr. Shubha Kesari (Celebrity Dermatologist, expert in Fillers & Lasers).

We are looking for a Tech-Savvy Growth Engine—a person who combines the creativity of a marketer with the hunger of a sales closer. You will use AI tools to scale our presence and personal effort to fill our consultation schedules.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Dual-Engine Marketing (Surgery & Derma)

  • Strategize & Execute: Manage campaigns for both the high-ticket Surgical practice (Deep Plane Facelifts, Rhinoplasty) and the high-volume Dermatology practice (Lasers, Fillers, Acne treatments).
  • Content Distribution: Work with our videographer to distribute content that positions Dr. Prashantha as the "Surgical Authority" and Dr. Shubha as the "Artist of Natural Results."

2. Lead Management & Conversion (The "Closer" Role)

  • Stop the Leaks: You are responsible for every lead that enters our system. You will personally contact prospective patients via phone/WhatsApp to qualify them.
  • Tech-Driven Follow-up: Master our Prodoc Chatbot and CRM. Ensure no inquiry goes unanswered for more than 15 minutes during business hours.
  • The KPI that Matters: Your job is not done when a lead comes in. Your success is measured by "Show-Up Rate"—ensuring the patient actually walks through our doors for the consultation.

3. AI & Automation Wizardry

  • Leverage AI: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, CapCut) to draft compelling ad copy, create rapid social posts, and automate email nurture sequences.
  • Efficiency: We want 10x output. Use AI to repurpose one video into a blog, an email, and 3 social posts.

4. Reputation & Agency Oversight

  • Google Maps Owner: actively manage reviews and SEO for both the Clinic and the Doctors' personal profiles.
  • Agency Captain: Supervise external vendors (like Grow Medico). If they underperform, you fix the strategy.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience: 3+ years in Digital Marketing or Inside Sales, preferably in Aesthetic Medicine, Premium Wellness, or Luxury Services.
  • The "Human" Touch: You are comfortable speaking to high-net-worth individuals on the phone. You have excellent spoken English and Kannada/Hindi.
  • AI Native: You don't just "know" AI; you use it daily to work faster and smarter.
  • Results-Oriented: You understand that "Likes" don't pay bills. "Confirmed Appointments" do.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
