Digital Growth Specialist (SEO Focus)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Growth Specialist with a strong focus on search engine optimization (SEO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, and enhancing overall online presence through strategic optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform keyword research to identify growth opportunities
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and product listings for search engines
• Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities
• Manage technical SEO aspects such as site speed, indexing, and crawlability
• Monitor website performance using analytics tools
• Develop and execute link-building strategies
• Analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
• Knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Experience working with eCommerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.)
• Familiarity with content marketing and keyword strategy
• Experience in international SEO is a plus
