Position Overview:
SEMICIRCLE is looking for a highly skilled and multi-talented Digital Growth Strategist responsible for building and scaling the company’s entire digital presence.
This role combines social media strategy, SEO, paid advertising, content creation, video editing, graphic design, and website development with a strong focus on increasing brand visibility, lead generation, and overall digital outreach.
The ideal candidate is both a creative executor and a performance-driven marketer who understands how to turn digital content into business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute complete social media growth strategies
- Manage content planning, posting, and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Build brand identity, tone, and consistency across all channels
- Increase reach, engagement, and follower growth organically
2. Paid Advertising (Meta / Google Ads)
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions
- Monitor performance metrics and improve ROI
- Test creatives and audiences for better targeting
3. SEO & Digital Visibility
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking
- Optimize website content, keywords, and structure
- Improve organic traffic and search visibility
- Monitor analytics and performance reports
4. Website Development & Management
- Build and maintain company website and landing pages
- Update portfolio, services, and project content regularly
- Ensure responsive, fast, and user-friendly design
- Work with CMS platforms (WordPress / Webflow or similar)
5. Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Design high-quality social media posts, banners, and campaign creatives
- Maintain strong visual branding consistency
- Create marketing materials for digital campaigns
6. Video Editing & Digital Content
- Edit promotional videos, reels, and project showcases
- Create engaging short-form content for social media
- Add motion graphics, captions, and effects for engagement
7. Digital Growth & Outreach
- Increase overall digital visibility and brand reach
- Support lead generation through digital channels
- Analyze performance and suggest growth strategies
- Work closely with sales team for marketing-driven leads
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in social media marketing and digital strategy
- Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut)
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva / Figma)
- Knowledge of SEO tools and practices
- Experience in running Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Website building experience (WordPress / Webflow or similar)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and growth strategies
