Ultimate Konnect is a Karachi-based company providing specialized lead generation and sales support services for Australian businesses. We are growing our digital marketing team and looking for a skilled paid media specialist to drive high-quality leads for an Australian solar energy campaign.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Lead Generation Specialist with proven hands-on expertise in both Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling high-budget paid advertising campaigns targeting the Australian solar market. This is not an entry-level role — we need someone who has managed significant international ad budgets and knows how to deliver qualified leads at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage high-budget campaigns simultaneously across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• Generate high-quality, qualified leads for the Australian solar energy market
• Own campaign performance end-to-end — from audience research and creative strategy to optimization and reporting
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates
• Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to hit lead volume and cost-per-lead targets
• Produce clear, data-driven performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay current on Google and Meta algorithm updates, platform changes, and best practices for international markets

Requirements

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads — proficiency in both platforms is mandatory
• Proven track record of running international campaigns (Australian, UK, or US markets strongly preferred)
• Experience managing high-level ad budgets (PKR 500,000+/month or equivalent in international currency)
• Deep understanding of lead generation funnels, audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike strategies
• Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel setup and tracking
• Strong analytical mindset — able to read campaign data and make fast, informed decisions
• Fluent in English — excellent written and verbal communication is essential for reporting and client-facing work
• Experience in solar, energy, or home services campaigns is a strong plus
