Digital Literacy Facilitator

1. Programme and Curriculum Management

a. Conduct and Lead Digital Literacy sessions for the youth programme throughout the year.

b. Plan daily operations according to programme needs.

c. Develop operational structures and processes and procedures with short-term and long-term goals in focus.

d. Coordinate human and physical resources, logistics and supplies to ensure efficiency of youth programme operations at the Community Centre.

e. Monitor operational procedures, identify bottlenecks and make improvements.

f. Assist in directly delivering specific objectives of any of the programmes on a need basis.

g. Identify and network with potential educational partners to enhance the objectives of youth programmes and digital literacy courses.

2. Community Interventions

a. Identify potential communities for intervention through Udaan programmes.

b. Plan and support community surveys and suggest other innovative ideas for effective resource mobilization and compilation of new beneficiaries.

c. Assess the needs of the communities and beneficiaries, strategically plan and organize quality programmes at the New Digital Centre.

3. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)

a. Monitor maintenance of programme data as per prescribed M&E guidelines.

b. Create, collate and maintain a database of all the batches operational at the New Digital Centre.

c. Ensure review and update of files being maintained individually at the Community Centre.

d. Create evaluation framework for new initiatives along with Youth Programme Manager for all programmes and analyse the data periodically

The consultant will perform all services faithfully and diligently and is expected to maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, efficiency and punctuality, promoting and protecting the interests of Udaan India Foundation at all times and not knowingly or deliberately doing anything which is to its detriment.

Monday - Saturday

9:00AM to 6:00PM

Pay: Up to ₹275,000.00 per year
