Digital/Social Media Marketing Executive Job Description

  • Location: Taloja MIDC
  • Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years
  • Employment Type: Intern/ Full-Time

Role Summary

The Digital/Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our company's digital marketing efforts, with a strong focus on social media marketing and content creation. This role requires a hands-on approach to daily digital tasks and a keen interest in analyzing performance metrics to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Content

  • Develop and implement the social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and (or platforms relevant to the industry).
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging and high-quality written and visual content (posts,carousels, blogs, videos, newsletters, etc.) that aligns with the brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Creating daily content & Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
  • Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages promptly to foster a positive brand image and customer relationships.
  • Market research.

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Affiliate Marketing, Conduct basic Keyword Research, Key word planner and assist with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) activities (on-page and off-page) to improve organic search rankings.
  • Support Email Marketing efforts by assisting with the creation and distribution of promotional emails and online newsletters.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven work experience of 6 months to 2 years in a Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or similar role.
  • Digital Proficiency: Good working knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for compelling content creation and community interaction.
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to conceptualize and execute creative content and campaigns.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
