Position Overview

We’re seeking a Digital Marketer with a proven track record in managing substantial online advertising budgets and driving measurable results. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of digital marketing experience and can independently execute large-scale campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and Instagram.

This role is hands-on, you’ll be in the trenches optimizing ad performance, refining landing pages, managing merchant feeds, and ensuring creative consistency across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Manage and scale marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and cost-per-conversion performance.
  • Develop audience strategies, A/B test creatives, and refine messaging across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align digital campaigns with sales initiatives.
  • Maintain product and promotional consistency across BigCommerce, WordPress, and social media properties.
  • Contribute to SEO/SEM strategy, landing page optimization, and content development to improve conversion rates.
  • Report on key metrics, campaign insights, and ongoing performance improvements.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of digital marketing experience (required).
  • Proven experience managing large advertising budgets with documented results.
  • Experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Working knowledge of BigCommerce, WordPress, or similar CMS/e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword strategy, and conversion tracking.
  • Graphic or video editing skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and product feed management.
