<Duties>
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising to maximize reach and engagement for drivers.
- Utilize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) techniques and tools to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other SEM (Search Engine Marketing) platforms to optimize ROI (Return on Investment)
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact keywords for content creation, PPC (Pay Per Click) campaigns, and strategies.
- Implement conversion optimization strategies by testing landing pages, call-to-actions, and user flows to increase lead generation.
- Create engaging content for blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and landing pages utilizing copywriting skills and content management systems.
- Design visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design tools to enhance campaign visuals.
- Manage social media accounts through social media management platforms; develop content calendars; monitor engagement metrics; respond to audience interactions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including safety, dispatch, and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to nurture leads through personalized email marketing campaigns and workflows.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce strategies, and performance marketing techniques.
<Qualifications>
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising platforms, Indeed, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software.
- Skilled in content creation in various formats—blogs, ads, emails—and visual design using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Ability to analyze data from analytics platforms to derive actionable insights for campaign improvement.
- Ability to analyze performance marketing principles aimed at maximizing ROI across digital channels.
- Experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms; expertise in social media management tools is preferred.
- Understanding of e-commerce environments and how digital marketing drives driver recruitment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Bonus qualifications include experience with SQL or JavaScript for advanced tracking or customization purposes; knowledge of B2B marketing approaches is a plus.
