Digital Marketer

We are looking for a talented and creative Digital Marketer cum Content Creator to join our team in the real estate and holiday homes sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing digital campaigns, and enhancing our brand presence across various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage social media content (photos, reels, captions, stories).
• Develop marketing campaigns for real estate and holiday home listings.
• Handle email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer outreach.
• Plan and schedule posts across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Create promotional materials (brochures, ads, short videos, banners).
• Work closely with the team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements for better reach and engagement.
• Assist in digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation.
• Real Estate / Holiday Home Experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of social media trends and real estate marketing.
• Ability to create high-quality content using design and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.).
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
