About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketer with strong and practical SEO expertise. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ranking websites, conducting audits, keyword research, and implementing advanced SEO strategies.

This role involves handling our company website as well as improving clients’ digital presence through strategic marketing and SEO actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complete website audits and identify SEO issues.
• Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and topic mapping.
• Implement on-page SEO:
• Meta tags, header structure, schema, internal linking, keyword placement
• Handle off-page SEO:
• High-quality backlinks, citations, outreach, guest posting
• Improve ranking for targeted keywords.
• Manage Google Search Console & Google Analytics regularly.
• Prepare detailed monthly SEO performance reports.

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute social media content strategies.
• Coordinate with design team for creatives and visuals.
• Manage paid ads (Google/Meta) is a plus.
• Stay updated with the latest algorithm updates & AI SEO tools.

Requirements

• SEO experience is mandatory (minimum 1–2 years).
• Strong understanding of:
• Technical SEO
• Off-page strategies
• Content optimization
• SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest
• Knowledge of social media marketing and content planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work from our Madhyamgram office (on-site).
• Comfortable with a hybrid / flexible shift environment.
• Good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
