We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns, social media, and online branding. The ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, and capable of executing end-to-end digital marketing activities that drive engagement and generate leads for clients.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Execution
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid platforms.
Optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and audiences.
Social Media Management
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create and execute monthly content calendars in collaboration with the design and content teams.
Track social media performance and suggest improvements.
SEO & Website Optimization
Support SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic link-building.
Coordinate with developers/designers for landing page updates and performance enhancements.
Monitor website analytics and user behavior.
Content & Creative Coordination
Assist in writing ad copies, captions, and basic content for campaigns.
Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging visuals and campaign assets.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze digital metrics through Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting performance, insights, and recommendations.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media tools.
Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and branding.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
