Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and improving our website’s SEO and blog performance. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to grow brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Develop engaging content (text, images, reels, videos) that aligns with brand voice.
• Manage social media calendars and campaigns.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community engagement.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to improve performance.

Content Creation

• Write and design fresh, relevant content for social media, website, and blogs.
• Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Work with the design team to produce graphics and multimedia content.
• Edit and proofread posts and blogs for quality and clarity.

SEO & Website Content

• Perform on-page SEO optimization for blogs and web pages.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
• Optimize titles, meta descriptions, alt texts, internal linking, and content structure.
• Track and report SEO metrics to improve search rankings and organic traffic.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media strategies and content creation.
• Experience with SEO (on-page and basic technical SEO).
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media management tools.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail and trend-awareness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
