We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketer to plan, execute, and manage our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving patient engagement, generating leads, and improving online visibility through various digital platforms. This role plays a key part in promoting our clinics and healthcare services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI
- Manage monthly marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies
Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media platforms
- Handle clinic-related promotions, health awareness posts, reels, and stories
- Monitor comments, messages, and reviews; ensure timely responses
Content Creation & Branding
- Coordinate content creation for posters, banners, videos, and ad creatives
- Work closely with designers and video editors
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Website & SEO Management
- Manage website content updates, landing pages, and basic maintenance
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings
- Track website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics
Lead Generation & CRM
- Generate quality leads through online campaigns
- Coordinate with clinic teams to track lead conversion
- Maintain reports on inquiries, appointments, and campaign effectiveness
Online Reputation Management
- Monitor and manage Google Business Profiles for clinics
- Encourage positive patient reviews and handle feedback professionally
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Analyze KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and patient acquisition
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and platforms
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO & Analytics
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM systems
- Basic understanding of graphic tools like Canva (preferred)
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field

- Handling multiple locations or branches is a plus
