For over 30 years, we’ve been a leader in the premium cigar industry—built on craftsmanship, culture, and long-standing relationships. We’re seeking a Digital Marketer to help drive eCommerce growth while honoring the lifestyle and heritage of premium cigars.

This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with hands-on experience in D2C eCommerce, email marketing, affiliate programs, analytics, and customer experience optimization.

Please note: this position is with a cigar company and there will be cigar smoke in the work place. You must be able to work in a smoking environment.

Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns

· Manage email campaigns and automated journeys in Mailchimp

· Segment audiences to improve engagement and conversion

· Manage and optimize affiliate programs and affiliate networks

· Execute re-marketing and retargeting strategies

· Support SEO initiatives and on-page optimization

· Analyze performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and Power BI

· Support pricing, promotions, and product launches

· Optimize the customer journey across digital touchpoints

Requirements

· 2–4 years of digital marketing experience

· Experience with D2C eCommerce marketing

· Strong Mailchimp experience (campaigns, automation, segmentation)

· Experience managing affiliate networks

· Knowledge of re-marketing tools, pricing strategies, SEO, and customer experience optimization

· Proficiency with GA4, Looker Studio, and Power BI

· Strong analytical and communication skills

· Basic cigar knowledge or strong interest in the premium cigar lifestyle

Nice to Have

· Experience with X-Cart, Magento, or other eCommerce platforms

Compensation & Benefits

· Pay range: $70,000 – $90,000
