We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Google Ads and SEO to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be analytical, performance-focused, and experienced in driving leads, traffic, and conversions through paid and organic channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads (Performance Marketing)
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and Call Ads).
- Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent and local search terms.
- Optimize ad copies, headlines, extensions, and landing pages to improve Quality Score and ROI.
- Monitor daily budgets, bidding strategies, CPC, CPA, and conversion tracking.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits.
- Optimize website content for keywords, user intent, and search visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, and URL structures.
- Improve website performance including page speed, mobile usability, and indexing issues.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical SEO practices.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and user behavior using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
Content & Optimization
- Work closely with content writers to optimize blogs and landing pages for SEO.
- Ensure content aligns with search intent and conversion goals.
- Optimize content for AI search, featured snippets, and zero-click results.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Google Ads and SEO.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and paid media strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, GSC, and keyword research tools.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience in local SEO (Google Business Profile optimization is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
- Familiarity with WordPress and SEO plugins (RankMath, Yoast, etc.).
