Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Digital Marketer to develop and execute
marketing strategies that drive traffic, brand engagement, and lead generation. This
role involves hands-on execution across multiple digital channels, collaboration with
creative teams, and active tracking of campaign performance to support business
growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media,
email, and web platforms.
● Create and manage engaging social media content calendars to boost online
presence.
● Drive community engagement by responding and interacting with audiences.
● Work closely with the content and design teams to develop creative and
impactful marketing assets.
● Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare
regular performance reports.
● Assist in planning and optimizing paid marketing initiatives in collaboration
with the Performance Marketing team.
● Support lead generation and customer engagement activities across digital
channels.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
● 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
● Understanding of social media advertising, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and
content marketing strategies.
● Strong communication skills with creative thinking and attention to detail.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
efficiently.
● Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite,
Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
